DAY 01: NAIROBI – ARRIVAL & ORIENTATION

DAY 02: SAMBURU – JEWELRY, CEREMONIAL LEADERSHIP & LIVELIHOODS

Transfer north to Samburu region. Women demonstrate jewelry making and participate in ceremonial blessings for livestock and harvests. Explore social cohesion, oral history, and women’s influence in community life. Optional wildlife spotting in the area.

DAY 03: MERU / EMBU – HOMESTEAD MANAGEMENT & SPIRITUAL RITUALS

Transfer to Meru region. Visit Meru / Embu homesteads. Women lead farming, food preservation, pottery, and clan rituals. Engage in fertility and childbirth advisory sessions, observe basket weaving, and participate in traditional ceremonies.

DAY 05: LOITA HILLS – MAASAI HIGHLANDS & FOREST OF LOST THINGS

Transfer to Loita Hills. Full-day Maasai expedition. Trek elevated ridges and Loita Plains into the sacred forest ecosystem. Maasai women guide you through beadwork practices, rituals for family and initiation ceremonies, and discuss community decision-making. Camp under the open sky for wilderness immersion.
